I am a senior clinical psychologist currently practising in the NHS across cancer and palliative care services. I have worked in the NHS for over 10 years in different roles across a breadth of physical and mental health settings.
Due to the eclectic nature of my training and clinical experience, I draw flexibly from a wide range of evidence-based therapies, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mentalisation-based treatment (MBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
